I ordered something but I would like to return it?

If you would like to return an item to us you have 14 days from receiving your item to notify us. Please request a return via our contact form

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and undamaged with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase you received from us.

All returned items must be in a fully saleable condition, with the exception of products that were accidentally damaged during delivery. If the items you are returning are damaged or no longer able to be sold we reserve the right to deduct compensation for this from the total that we refund you. It is important for any items to be in an unused and unopened condition. Any products that appear to be used or opened then we reserve the right to reject a refund request and no refund will be processed.

If you are returning any items because you no longer want them, then you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on any sale or promotional items.


My item arrived faulty or damaged, what should i do?

After we evaluate the issue we will organise a return service for you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.


Can i exchange my item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



What is the refunds process?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


How long do refunds take?

We will aim to process any agreed refunds as soon as possible and ideally within 14 days after we have taken receipt of the returned items. We are only able to refund the same method of payment used in your original order.
